Happy Family Day, Dear Ones!

Today, the feelings of gratefulness are filling our hearts as our Kissed By Light members all have own families by now, with only Veronika being just a few days away from a being a mom (we are so excited for you, Veronika!). Families are like links of humanity, all being extended, mothers to grandmothers, cousins, aunts, brothers, we are all deeply interconnected. The traditions and heirlooms, idiosyncrasies and family stories are passed and shared, and affect how we show up in this world, as we inevitably carry our ‘family’ into everything we do.

For women, the strength, patience, awareness and appreciation that we nurture while being mothers and running households are not comparable to the times of being single. Love, collaboration, taking care of each other, learning to take responsibility, share, work and all the wonderful celebrations make family a perfect place for figuring out who we truly are, to test our boundaries (and those of others), learn many laws of negotiation, and grow. As such, Family truly deserves an honourable day, the celebration, and an occasion to take a pause, reflect, say thanks to each other, and be together to celebrate the very connection shared.
